Poorly Packaged

I received my replacement battery today. After a delay in its arrival due to a label falling off, I was shocked at how poorly it was packaged. With all the issues with lithium-ion batteries, I would have expected more care and caution to be taken when shipping these items. I'm hoping the battery was not damaged. That said, I'm a little nervous and not very happy.

Never received the battery pack

I had a battery and charger issue where the batterry had low voltage and the charger wasnt charging and flx mechanic, Marc, was patience and knew what went on and was able to fix my issue, Thank you FLX

After the trouble shooting suggestions were unable to resolve the issue, I received a new battery within a few days.
