DPC-18

The DPC Display is a big improvement over the original . The format is functional as it is attractive. Easy to see in bright conditions while wearing polarized glasses. Installing was easy as well. Been cold in Minneapolis so I’ve not actually got to try it out yet. Soon I’ll be in Arizona for the winter and I’ll be ridding a lot. Pretty sure it will preform as advertised. On a side note: love my F5 trail. Consider -ed the new iteration but can’t justify the extra dough. I’ve ridden more expensive bikes but in my opinion the F5 is tops.

Outstanding Add

The basic display was too small to see well while riding. But this Color Display is outstanding. It is a great add to any Bafang powered bike.

Bafang Color Display - Throttle

I love the F5 Trail Bike - Have not had a chance to really put it ti test as of yet.
The first 20 miles has been very pleasant.

2 Questions - My experience with E Bikes has been with the RAD Rover - on which I have looked quite a few miles. The F5 does not produce as much torque with the throttle only - very slow to get up to speed.
Also - the biggest issue for me - the throttle does not work from a full stop.
This helps to get started when stopped at lights, in traffic, etc.
Is there a way to set the throttle to activate from a stop?

Very happy with display overall.
