How It Works

It's easy. Share your referral code with a friend to give them $50 off their first purchase. You’ll get a $50 credit after they create an account and make their first FLX purchase.

  2. Create your unique referral code that you can share with all of your friends.
  3. Get rewarded when your friends complete a purchase of any eBike!

Refer A Friend Program Terms

To be eligible for the ‘Refer A Friend' program you must meet the requirements detailed in the ‘Referrer Qualification’ as listed below.

A referrer is the awesome person who is referring their friend to FLX. The referred friend is the lucky individual who is given the one-time promotional code for use toward $50 off a qualified eBike purchase.

$50 rewards can only be applied toward the purchase of electric bikes - not parts or accessories individually. Referral discounts can not be redeemed for cash. Referral rewards cannot be applied retroactively for past orders.

Furthermore, promotion can not be mixed with other promo codes. There is no maximum number of friends you can refer to the program but, it can not be the same individual more than once.

Referrals are to be given at checkout when purchasing item(s), referrals can not be applied subsequently as they are a one-time referral per individual.

Referrer Qualification
  1. Create an account via https://flx.bike/account/register to become eligible.
  2. Ensure you are not breaking or have not broken any of our policies or terms of purchase or you will be automatically disqualified. Referrer must be in good standing with FLX. (‘Standing’ will be determined at the discretion of the FLX team.)
  3. The referral reward will be sent to the email associated with the referrers account after the referral order has been deemed legitimate and the order has been processed.
  4. The referrer is entitled to a one-time $50 discount per qualifying order. Awarding the code is not based on the amount purchased, it is based on a single bike order.
      For example, if your friend purchases 2 bikes and 2 helmets on one order, you will still only receive one $50 code. If 2 friends each buy a bike seperately you are eligible for 2 $50 codes.

  5. Must be a new FLX bike customer. Even if only an accessory was purchased previously you are still not considered a new customer and this promotion will not work for you.
  6. Electric bike must be purchased via the following methods:
    1. Online at flx.bike with the referral link received from the referrer.
    2. In-store at our San Diego headquarters (which can be found at the bottom of our landing page: https://flx.bike/pages/san-diego-showroom).
