    Is it hard to assemble when it arrives at my house?

    Your Step Through will arrive mostly assembled. The pedals, front tire, seat and handlebars need to be installed. Kickstand is pre-installed.

    Not so sure? When in doubt we recommended contacting your local bike mechanic for help.

    Unfortunately, damages resulting from improper assembly are not covered under warranty.

    What is the warranty on the Step Through?

    We offer a standard 1 year warranty on any defective components and electronics. In addition, we have partnered with Mulberry to provide an extended warranty option.

    Expectations surpassed!

    Recently purchased this beauty, and I must say it is so much better than I expected. Being in Florida it is ALWAYS too hot typically for bike riding, but now that I have a bike that does the work for me and I am comfortable while doing so, I prefer this method for my commute to work for sure! Easy to use and comfortable just as advertise.

    Most Comfortable eBike

    I bought the Step Through 2.0 as my first ebike. I was a bit nevrous because I have some injuries which prevent me from riding most bikes. With the Step Through I am able to adjust my handlebars on the fly and can ride for miles with no pain. It is an excellent hill climber. Greatest purchase I've made in years!

    Just received green Step Through. Added throttle, rack, bag, mirror and lights. Ordered suspension seatpost. First ride so nice. Rides quite nice with power off. Like a magic carpet on assist 3 (haven't tried 4-5). Looking forward to long liesurly rides both in PA and FL.

    First EBike

    Love this Bike! Added on a throttle which is very convenient for quick speed if needed. Comfortable riding position. Looking forward to many miles of bike paths - including Yosemite Valley. I can keep up with my husband on his non-electric (or as he calls it - acoustic) bike.
