Now you can purchase a bike with peace of mind, knowing that you have 10 days to make sure it’s the perfect bike for you! If you don’t like it, just send it back for a full refund or contact us about exchanging for another model.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your bike, contact customer support within 10 days of receipt. After the 10th day FLX Bike will not accept the return.
To qualify for a full refund, you must have under 50 miles on your FLX Bike, keep the original packaging, and the bike must be free of cosmetic damage or wear and tear. The Free Trial is only available in the US at this time. 
  • Fill out and submit a Return Authorization Form.  You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your request has been submitted. It may take up to 5 business days to process your request.
  • After the Return Authorization is processed, a customer support agent will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the return product.
  • The 10-Day Risk Free Trial only applies to new bikes purchased from FLX.bike. All other items or those purchased from third parties are not eligible for the 10-Day Risk Free Trial.
