Setting up an FLX is relatively straightforward, but we recognize that some customers prefer to have the ebike completely set up for them rather than doing so themselves. For this reason, we are partnering with velofix, North America’s largest fleet of mobile bike shops. This gives you the option to have your bike assembled by an experienced velofix mechanic at your home or place of work.

FLX understands that some customers may not be comfortable with the thought of setting up their ebike themselves. Even though all FLX bikes come more than 80% assembled, giving the remaining work into the hands of a professional can provide an invaluable peace of mind.

Velofix will explain all the functions of your FLX and makes sure it is adjusted to suit your height and riding preferences perfectly. They can also help you in answering any questions you may have regarding how to service your bike by yourself. Velofix has a vast and expanding network of certified mechanics who pride themselves in making sure you are completely satisfied with your bike.

With FLX assembly service by velofix you can combine the benefits of buying direct and having a personalized bike assembly and fitting service turn up right where you need it.

The service for any FLX bike costs $229, and has to be paid to the mechanic at the time of service.

After you place your order, we will sent you an order confirmation email. This email includes all necessary info for booking the velofix service. You will be able to book the service yourself or have us book it on your behalf.

Once the bike is on its way, velofix will contact you. You can choose when and where velofix will perform the FLX assembly service.

The certified velofix mechanic will arrive at your preferred location.

The velofix van is fitted with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, coffee machine and much more. Make yourself comfortable while your certified mechanic walks you through everything you need to know about your new FLX.

Once your bike is assembled and set up, you can go for a quick test ride to ensure everything is as you want it.

The mechanic will only depart once you are completely satisfied.
