** Ebike Returns**
Our extensive quality control means that our products are thoroughly tested and ultra-reliable by industry standards. All products are warranted to work as described on arrival and for the warranty period. If there is a warranty claim, it will be assessed by Superhuman Bike and new parts will be delivered upon the claims approval. SUPERHUMAN BIKE will accept the return of warranted components. If there is a major fault with the product, contact SUPERHUMAN immediately. SUPERHUMAN BIKE will not accept returns for change of mind.
**Accessories and Apparel Returns**
SUPERHUMAN BIKE has a 30-day return policy on Accessories and Apparel. A refund or exchange will be issued when product is returned in its original condition and original packaging. Items that appear to be used, altered or missing original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee.
