great Service to Europe

The gearbox embedded in the motor wheel of my babymaker pro broke. I found a mechanic who opened the motor. I shared pictures and details to FLX Bike via customer service, and in few days they sent me a new Motor Wheel for free to Europe! (i guess it was by plane because it took 3-4 days instead of a typical month) I was really impressed by the service Indeed. Thanks

It should have been 5 star but it lacks the bushing for the carbon gates gear. Separate mounting screws for the disc brake has to be purchased separately.

Great integrated rim and motor

Quality is excellent and I’m looking forward to replacing the one my dog attacked. However, it would be five stars if the site described what is not included compared to the original (like rim tape) and the tools needed to make the job straightforward (19 mm wrench, lock cap wrench, etc.). Could imagine a simple sheet with tools/gear needed, and some links to good videos, placed in the box to delight the customer.

Baby is back on the road after five weeks of downtime.
